Propeller

The word propeller derivates from the Latin word Pro- (forward) and pellere (to drive), meaning driving or pushing something forwards. During the opening the artist will be walking in circle with a 5€ bill in his finger. Through the walking movement, air is produced and makes the money bill spin. There is no magic trick here, just the result of the walking, creating a sort of propeller that makes the bill turn. This action requires walking in a specific tempo. A minimal change will result with the bill falling into the floor. This action will be performed for 1 to 4 hours, with several performers exchanging.
